different platforms updated, not only with the content already created or
curated.
Identify
needs and preferences of users
Constantly monitor basic indicators such as:
likes, clicks, reach, participation, number of comments.
Be the voice of the community and provide the
company and SMM insights and opportunities for improvements obtained from the
opinions and conduct of the community itself
Give daily feedback of the activity of the
platform and review metrics with the Social Media Manager.
Collect the results obtained from the
different reports obtained from the analytical and monitoring tools and prepare
reports to be analyzed by the different departments and especially by the SMM.
